    Kawah Putih Ciwidey (Ciwidey White Crater) is one of the natural tourism icons in Bandung which was formed due to the eruption of Mount Patuha. Famous for the beauty and uniqueness of its water color, the crater is located about 50 km from the center of Bandung, has a lake with greenish-white water that produced from sulfur.
    Having an altitude of about 2,400 meters above sea level, the temperature in this area tends to be cold, especially in the morning and evening, with a temperature range between 15-22 degrees Celsius. You can take a stroll around the crater enjoying the view or take pictures with the stunning background. There is also an area to relax while enjoying snacks from local seller.
    This tourist attraction is open to the public every day from 08.00 AM to 17.00 PM. The entrance fee starts from IDR 81,000 per person (foreigner) & IDR 30,000 (domestic).
    To get to Kawah Putih you can take public transportation or just easily rent a car or motorcycle. If you start from Bandung station, you can use the train to Rancaekek Station. The train travel time from Bandung Station to Rancaekek Station is about 1 hour.
    After arriving at Rancaekek Station, you can continue your journey by taking an angkot. The angkot that usually operates is angkot with the number 04 or 05, with the travel time from Rancaekek Station to Kawah Putih is about 45 minutes.


  2. Tebing Keraton

    Tebing Keraton (Keraton Cliff) offers a spectacular view from a height of about 1,200 meters above sea level. Keraton Cliff Bandung is actually a part of the Forest Park Conservation Area (Tahura), located in Ciburial Village, West Bandung.
    You can track to the top of the cliff or just relax while enjoying the view of the green forest. The photo spot in this place is fascinating, even the sun is not shining brightly, Keraton Cliff is still mesmerizing. 
    Tebing Keraton is open every day at 08.00 AM – 04.00 PM. For the entrance fee, you can come directly to the Tahura ticket counter with affordable price start from IDR 17,000 (domestic) & IDR 55,000 (foreigner).
    To get to Tebing Keraton, you can rent a car or take public transportation. If you choose public transport, start from Bandung station, you just need to wait for the angkot with the destination of Ciroyom – Ciburial. After that get off at Taman Hutan Raya Ir H Juanda, and head to the Tebing Keraton.
  3. Mount Putri Lembang

    Mount Putri Lembang is one of the most wanted attractions in West Bandung and a popular destination among hikers, with an altitude of about 1,587 meters above sea level. The mountain offers a beautiful view from its summit as well as soothing fresh air. 
    If you want to camp, don’t miss to watch the sunrise here. You can also witness the beauty of Bandung’s city lights at night.
    To reach the top, it would take about 30 minutes. Of course, it depends on the ability and physical condition of each person. The path passed to get to the top is quite friendly for climbers, especially beginners.
    Open for 24 hours, visitors can buy hiking tickets for IDR 10,000 and camping tickets for IDR 25,000. For motor vehicle tickets of IDR 10,000 and IDR 20,000 for cars.
    To get Mount Putri from the center of Bandung, you have to drive for approximately 1 hour. The travel route is quite easy by private vehicle or public transportation. The location is on St. Gunung Putri no.184, Jayagiri, Lembang, West Bandung, West Java. 
  4. Sanghyang Heuleut

    Sanghyang Heuleut is a natural tourist attraction and one of the hidden gems, located in West Bandung. Visitors will find a turquoise lake that is very clear and surrounded by high rock cliffs. Myth said that this place is the bathhouse of angels.
    This place is quite far in the forest, so it requires high guts but is suitable for those of you who have an adventurous spirit. This lake has a depth of about 3 meters, if you are not good at swimming, you can rent a life vest that has been provided by the local manager.
    You can visit Sanghyang Heuleut from 08.00 AM – 04.00 PM with an entrance ticket only IDR 20,000 (same price for domestic & foreigner. 
    To get to Sanghyang Heuleut from Bandung City, you can take local transportation (bus / angkot ) from bus terminal and head to Cipatat District. It takes about 1 hour 30 minutes. The location is in Rajamandala Kulon, Cipatat District, West Bandung Regency, West Java.
  5. Tangkuban Perahu

    Tangkuban Perahu must be on the tourist bucket list when visiting Bandung. This place is an active volcano, known for its magnificent crater. Located in Cikahuripan, Lembang, Bandung, this mountain has several large craters such as Ratu Crater, Upas Crater, and Domas Crater.
    You can explore the crater area, see volcanic activity, or try to boiled eggs that cooked using the hot steam from the crater.
    Tangkuban Perahu opens every day, start at 07.00 AM – 17.00 PM. For those who want to visit Tangkuban Perahu, here is the ticket price:

    To get to Tangkuban Perahu you can use private vehicle or public transportation, and it takes 1 hour 20 minutes from the city of Bandung. 
    If you go with bus, you can come to Bandung Leuwi Panjang Terminal, then continue by taking the Damri bus towards Leuwi Panjang and stop at Ledeng Terminal. Next, you need to take the Elf with the route of Bandung-Subang and later get off at the T-junction of the upper gate of Mount Tangkuban Perahu.
  6. Green Kenyot Cikahuripan

    Green Kenyot Cikahuripan is a river with high cliffs, located in Saguling District, West Bandung Regency. The name Green Kenyot itself is inspired by the Grand Canyon in America. 
    Green Kenyot also provides facilities such as rafts, life vest, parking area, prayer rooms, food stalls, and toilets that is make you comfort.
    If you want to visit this place, the locals advise not to go alone. This is because there is a certain time where the Saguling Dam is opened and can fill the river.  You can ask local residents to be a guide, so that you can explore more and feel the enjoyable experience.
    The entrance fee for Green Kenyot is IDR 15,000 per person (both foreigner and domestic). Green Kenyot opens at 06.00 AM to 06.00 PM.
    To get to Green Kenyot, can only be accessed by private transport from Bandung and takes about 1-2 hours. The route to the location requires special attention because the roads are winding and sometimes steep.

    Stone Garden is a hilly area with unique rock formations that resemble a rock garden. Located in Cipatat, West Bandung, this place offers a spectacular natural panorama with a mountain background. 
    The main attraction of the Stone Garden is dominated by giant karst rocks that have been carved naturally for millions of years. The best time to visit is early in the morning and late afternoon.

    To get to the top of the Stone Garden hill, you can enter from the gate of Gunung Pawon Cave by walking and hiking along 1.5 km or you can also access it by car to Stone Garden.

    Sunrise Point Cukul is one of popular destination in Bandung, located in Pangalengan and one of the best places to watch the sunrise. From an altitude of 1,600 meters above sea level, you can see a vast expanse of tea gardens and a charming morning mist.
    The facilities in this place are quite complete, including prayer rooms, toilets, food stalls, camping grounds, and parking area. However, the parking area in this place is not too large, visitors are advised to bring motorbikes. But don’t worry, you can still bring a car, because many residents use their houses as tourist parking. 
    The entrance ticket at Sunrise Point Cukul is IDR 10,000, if you want to rent a tent, you need to prepare funds around IDR 150,000.
    The location of the sunrise point is quite far from the center of Bandung, it makes very difficult to reach by public transportation. The best way to get to the location of the Sunrise Point Cukul is by private vehicle, and it would take around 2 hours.
