The process of salt ponds from beginning until ready to harvest takes approximately two months, and it depend by the weather too. Piles of salt lining the outskirts of the pond will beautify the scenery around the pond. We can see white overlay with a vane windmill as a decoration in every corner of the pond.
The track is city track, but for reaching the field we have to cross in the muddy road. Sometimes the road is wet and slippery, so watch out!

Around Madura city they have a famous local food, fried duck with mango sambal, squid with black sauce, and many more. You can eat homey local food at the farmer’s home.
